12 FebTransformation Tuesday (Part Three)

Today, we bring you the third part of this transformation series and want to share another three precious transformation stories from some our Butterfly graduates across the World;

We cannot believe it has been a few years since we said goodbye to Hannah, as we stood together waving her off with her new mama and baba. Our ayis miss her terribly and love seeing photos and updates about her new life. In a recent update from her mama, she said “Hannah is doing great! She is in fourth grade and sings in the choir. She is six months away from receiving he black belt in Tae Kwon Do. She is kind, sweet, caring and generous.” We cannot wait to see what Hannah’s future holds.

Lana (Jenna)

2018 was a busy year for Lana and her family. She had three major surgeries last year but is doing amazingly well! She is sweet, loving, funny, sassy, tough and the bravest little girl ever. Her mama said they are blessed to have her as their daughter. They cannot believe she turned 3 just before Christmas! What a blessing she is to them and everyone who knows her.

Way to go Lana! Our ayis knew from the very beginning you would be a little fighter and they love to see these photos and read this update! We cannot wait to see what your future holds.

Sage (Sabrina)

Sage is absolutely thriving and loves life in the U.S.A. Here is what her mama had to say about her recently: ”She’s incredible!  So smart and sassy.  She gets stronger every day, and she’s a non-stop chatterbox. She loves colouring, painting, and generally creating fantastic messes!”. We love to see this new lease of life Sage has with her forever family.

We hope 2019 will see more children home forever and we cannot wait to share their transformation journeys.

Please can you keep Hailey, Orin, John and Gabriel in your thoughts as their adoption paperwork is ready but they are still not matched with forever families.

Butterfly Children’s Hospices wouldn’t be able to do the work it does without your support. Please consider donating to help this invaluable cause to continue changing lives.
